This company is garbage. They tell you that you can pay 500 down for a car. Myself and 4 others found out that this is false advertising, expect to pay 1500 down no matter what your credit score is. Then, when you test drive a car, they will tell you that any imperfections can be fixed, like missing emblems and whatnot, this is a lie. They will let you test drive a car without any gas.

They will refer you to a guy that will sell you insurance at 400 percent markup in order for you to drive out. They sell their cars based on warranties, in silver, gold and platinum. I purchased the platinum. Driving out of the lot, the car started overheating, brought it back the next day, "mechanic" said it needed antifreeze and they just reset my oil light and did not change the oil. Car was still overheating. They said a fan went out, they never replaced it because they couldnt schedule me and were not able to order the part. So I gave u and replaced it myself. Oil changes are free with the "platinum" warranty. Well if your lucky enough to get ahold of a mechanic, you might get scheduled for an oil change in 2 to 4 weeks, and they would need the car for 2 days. So yes, had to change my own oil.

Car's battery died one time, what did they tell me? After 4 calls I finally got a mechanic that was not on lunch and they said they could get me in, in 2 weeks. For a battery this is ridiculous and it was covered in the "warranty". The car started to click, meaning there was a collapsed lifter. They wouldnt even return my call. Since the mechanics are on lunch all day everyday and they take 3 weeks to repair vehicles, how is this supposed to work with somebody that has a day job and has to be at work all week?

This company also has an in house finance company called CSA that will harass the hell out of you, even before your payments are due. This was the worst decision I have ever made in my life. I was in a hurry and needed a car to get to work. But these people know how to work the system and scam people for the garbage cars they sell. Stay away or you will be in debt forever and thats on top of the harrassing phone calls, emails and fake warranty that will not help anyone.
