Rock Solid Auto Center CSA Don't make a mistake! Mesa Arizona

Please don't make the same mistake that I did. Rock Solid Auto Center & CSA play you for a fool by blaming one another for their mistakes and horrible service, but dont be fooled ladies & gentlemen, this is all part of their scam! RSAC & CSA are all buddy buddy together & I would bet my "non existent" pay check that the all go to the same company picnic together. Its not only weird that CSA calls BEFORE your payment is due to collect money but they also share your payment history and other information with RSAC after they accept your loan and claim to nolonger have anything to do with RSAC reguarding your loan.

In the past I have had RSAC employees call me trying to work arrangements for CSA involving my loan with them. Its awful strange that RSAC would be so concerned without an invested interest. I know I'm not calling people to collect debts for my neighbor down the street & that is what this is equilivant to, it just proves they are in bed together. I have found out why they call before your payment is due though, it is because if you are one hour late they throw your account into review so they can tack on more charges while they reasses the fact that they are nothing but criminals!

It is exactly how these other people have said it is. You cant get your car fixed there, RSAC & CSA are rude and have no problem with threatening you and not letting you speak. They work arrangements when there is no need to because your not technically late on your payment & promise a return call but you get nothing. They are well versed on what to say to angry customers & for two supposedly non related companies its amazing how these rehersed responses are exactly the same & never take due blame. They also claim to call and leave you VOICEMAILS of important information, who does that!?!

If it is something that dire important you need to speak with me to verify that i know or deal with the fact that I do not know. The best thing I ever did was go purchase a car elsewhere and chalk that vehicle up as a loss! They may try to come after you, they threaten to garnish you & the whole nine yards, but once they found out they legally couldnt garnish the wages I claimed its fairly easy to get them off your back. You just need to realize that a minimal loss now may save other victims thousands later & helping others not to get suckered is definately something i dont mind paying for!
