i ordered a pollen sifter box and a plastic tray from this site mid november.i to date have recieved nothing,i have sent emails called them and get a lame machine or it just rings forever.i go to rollies site and it says my order has been paid for and also says it hasnt shipped,its been over 5 weeks!i am left feeling ripped off!this is the worst internet buying experiance of my life and would recomend to anyone thinking of buying from these people to think twice before doing so!i am calling my bank tommorow to see if they can get my money back for me.

Hello



I spoke with Kim on several occassion. I ordered the piece she made several times and every order made the item was sent without the claw. I even shipped out the order but was informed the order was wrong most likely an error with my packer who did not notice the missing claw. I resent the order to the customer after they told me the order was wrong. She did receive this order. If we can not fullfill an order we do offer substitutions, or refunds usually via Money Order. The customer wanted the order and continued to wait for it even when we had problems getting it from our supplier. In the end we sent the correct order and this order is completed. The customer will confirm she did receive the correct order.

What you should do is contact your bank about this matter and see if they can get your money back. Keep calling this guy though. His name is Marlo Franson from Vancouver. He is a comedian and runs this internet business. You can google his name and it will come up under something along the lines of a comedy club in Vancouver I believe. He also has a website called medivap.com where he rips off people as well. I had to wait 2 months for my product to come in. When it finally did it wasn't even what I ordered. I talked to Marlo today and hes sending me the right product but who knows how long that will take. I told him im keeping what he sent me along with the right product hes supposed to send me. Ill prolly have to get on his a*s about that too. Check out (((Redacted))). Theres ALOT of complaints about him on there as well.I alsochecked him out on the better business bureau website where he has 36 complaints against him. Hes a lazy a*****e. I think he doesnt really stock anything but just advertises pictures and then when someone orders something he charges their card and then goes to different shops and looks for what you ordered. Even though hes told me hes gone to "suppliers" for his products, I think it is a lie. Just keep gettin on his a*s or contact your bank. GOOD LUCK!

Rollies is good company as the product was out of stock and the order refunded.

The customer is wrong, the customer was informed of the delay. The customer knew the product was out of stock. The customer choose to wait and instead of contacting us back to find out an eta they wrote the false report here. The customer was given a full refund as we were unable to acquire the out of stock item. If the order has come back in stock in a timely manner the customer would have gotten their order. This did not happen so the customer received a full refund thanks to us. This can happen as we deal with many suppliers who have warehouses filled with product and if they are out of stock, we must wait as the customer waits and the reason why orders get delayed. It is simple fixed by waiting for it to come back in stock or contacting us for a refund if need be. You can easily contact us on our site by phone or emailing. We maybe a small company building our way up so please excuse us for delays and contact for answers on your order. It is a shame would could not get the order but that happens and the customer got his money back so all is good and well.
