 RUN RUN RUN. ( PLEASE READ ) SCAMMERS Horrible Long story short, After 8 hours of searching for a car. They were asking for a 10k down. Although it was high I was ok with it. The sales rep ERIC asked that give him a credit card and my DL , he specifically said before leaving the desk. I will not be running your card. By this time ( 9:10pm 3/29 ) I was extremely exhausted we had been there going on 9 hrs. I told my husband you know we are really tired , I don't think we are in the right state of mind to continue making any decisions. Let's just rest and make a decision tomorrow morning. Are sales rep returned we expressed to him how we were feeling. He continued to try and convince us. I still said no and we needed for him to return our belongs ( credit card & Drivers license ). He sure I will be right. I told my husband i would wait in the car. So I got on my phone starting reviewing all my transactions something I do on a daily bases. An everything seemed to look fine. My husband came out 10 mins later saying they ran our card for $5000 and they wanted me to sign a receipt. I was extremely disappointed. Got off the car , walked in asking to speak with sales rep. An here came the manager ( 5'7" 250 lbs Hispanic brown skin , black hair combed to the back. How can we help you he stated. I told him I would like for the $5000 that the sals rep ran on my card returned by tomorrow and his specific words. We don't work that way , there's a process. I told him again the same thing. And he boldly repeated what he had said. But this time I was screaming to the top of my lungs. You ran my card without authorization , knowing I said I was not going to purchase the vehicle. I told him 10 minutes prior there were no transactions. An that we say no ,you descide to run the card. I wanted everyone in there to know what had just happened to me. I will return tomorrow to file a complaint on the store , sales rep , and manager.

I have contact my bank regarding this scam. The money it's refundable. Other than the money It's more there actions, the way they conduct business. It's not RIGHT!!!! So after they ran my credit card they asked me to leave because I was being to loud. How does that??? Of course , that would be the natural thing to do when a business runs your credit card with no permission. And to think I even told him I was willing to put down maximum $15000. And then they still wanted to fees on top of that. These people will never be happy. I am so grateful that I didn't conduct any business with these people. They ran my card " for what , ?? to meet there monthly quota? I know this was pretty long. But so worth reading.
