Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Rooter Plus knows that you have your septic tank pumped once every 10 years or so. Rather than building lifetime customers, they advertise one price, jack it up outrageously, then get all they can out of you. They don't care about their reputation or happy customers because they know it will be 10 years till you need that service again! Worst service company ever.

I wrote one of the negative reviews about Rooter Plus, and my wife wrote the other negative review, but that was before we dealt with the GM, Charlie. He didn't even know that we were unhappy and it is our fault for not communicating with him in the first place! Once we made him aware of our concerns, he addressed them all immediately and we are very pleased. Change of Heart and would use again! It is refreshing to find a businessman who does the right thing, even if it costs them money. Would use again.
