I called them & it took two days for them to show up. When they did show up they preceeded to over charge me foe everything they did. At the end of the day I paid nearly $4,000.00 for two small pieces of PVC pipe & a few gallons of chemicals! Make sure you either shop around, or better yet dont even call these rip offs!

They were courteous, charged $175 for regular pump, and because i had other issues, yes they charged extra. Still cheaper than any other for amount of work they had to do. When we told them we couldnot pay the full amount, they still did the work and we negotiated. Not rude, not deceptive. Amazed at their honest and moral ethic as they genuinely cared for our home and family safety to the extent of doing the work to unclog the system while allowing us to pay what we could now and the rest later.
