We had an issue at first, but the manager their was wonderful. HE addressed all my concerns and I have had a change of heart about this company!

The reviews in question were taken down by the review sites for violating their terms of service (TOS).

***Rather than resolving our issue, Rooter Plus! is having my negative, true reviews taken down, particularly from YELLOWPAGES.COM, KUDZU and MERCHANT CIRCLE-the "positive ones" listed must be written by them! What a joke! They should not have the power to lie to these websites to get truthful reviews removed. Rather than hiding what they do, they should use some ethics and not completely rip off their customers.

It's best to call around for other quotes. If you don't have other services in your town, you still need your other quotes!!!, so call some other nearby city and town. Get a rough idea or realistic prices. Your company may need to increase charge a little if covering larger areas between customers (rural) - no bill time and gas money, but it still shouldn't be too far away from city prices.

Remember to get your quotes regardless, and if you're worried about your out of state phone bill, get an internet phone service and "free calls anywhere".
