I ordered some blouses and waited. I placed my order on November 6, 2014 for 32.92 which included 8.34 for flat rate

shipping. I paid for my order with my Pay Pal account so I thought I was protected. So after a month goes by I try to contact

the company to ask where my order is. The phone number is constantly busy. I sent email thru their email system (the only

way you can) and it took a while for them even to respond. I told them I wanted a refund because I had not gotten my

merchandise. They told me since I did not pay extra for tracking (I don't believe it was offered), they could not track the

package but it would take 21-45 days. Well I tried to submit a claim thru Pay Pal, but because it had been over 30 days they

said I had to deal directly with the seller. I have been sending messages to them the only way they receive them and

so far they keep responding that I have to wait, or I have to check with my post office as to where the package is and I keep

telling them I want a refund because I have waited long enough and I have not received my merchandise. I wish there was a

way to stop them. I am a single mom and a widow and it is disgraceful that they take advantage of anyone but it is

especially disgraceful to take advantage of people with little means with no help.
