Route 66 Warranty Won't cover items until they have failed Mountain Home AR Arkansas

I had a clicking noise in my 2013 Tahoe.  I took it into the garage and they told me it was the Active Fuel Managers Lifts that were slicking.  They said it was not severe enough to cover, so they declined to cover the repair.  I asked them when they are considered faulty enough - and Brandon's response was when the part has failed.  So, I guess my wife and kids need to be stranded someplace (once the part fails) in order for it to be covered.  I also asked if the problem would go away.....to which his response was no.  So why not fix what needs to be fixed then.  Pehaps they are waiting for my mileage to disqualify me from coverage....BEWARE!
