Route 66 Warranty Rip off, deceitful, scam, not worth the money Nationwide

We purchased a 2010 Escalade with 120149 miles in June of 2016 and purchased the Route 66 warranty through the credit union.  We were charged $1670.85 in our financing for the "First Street Warranty" for the coverage and told it was because of the mileage and that because it was newer than our cruiser with less miles.  We had purchashed a Route 66 warranty a year earlier on a 2007 PT Cruiser with I believe 115.000 miles and it got the "Main Street Coverage".  We ended up needing to use the warranty right after Thanksgiving and the work ended up costing around $7000 I believe the warranty would only cover $3000.00 which we knew, but we were under the impression that was PER occurance and were informed no that was LIFETIME on the warranty.  Why would a warranty not say that on the broucher?  Considering you are paying basically $1700 for the coverage and if you finance even more than $1700 why would you only pay to basically POSSIBLY get less than $1300 in coverage more than you paid??  This was a TOTAL rip off.  Yes we got our $1670 back, but we would have purchased the warranty through the dealership rather than the credit union had we known the poor coverage we were going to be recieving which it is now to late to do.  The dealer warranty would have covered REAL issues and NOT had a $3000 LIFETIME LIMIT which is a JOKE.  ROUTE 66 YOU ARE A RIP OFF.  If you are going to have a lifetime limit it should be in BOLD letters on the brouchure and your employees should be letting your credit union reps know this information as well as the credit union had NO idea when we went back and talked to her.  VERY POOR WAY to do business
