I came across a post online about Rover.com employee Eden Nelson of Apple Valley, MN who attacks people online in the name of Rover.com including insults like "ugly b*tch" and "ugly clown". This employee uses Rover.com as her profile tagline of employment and clearly shows Rover.com does not remotely care if customers are getting harassed, or if their reps such as Eden Nelson are cyber-bullying individuals.
All I can say after researching this and seeing the multiple screenshots and posts, is that I will tell everyone I know not to ever use Rover.com due to them allowing Eden Nelson of MN to cyber bully people in their name. This review will be posted online on various pet message boards and I will urge all to boycott this company due to their cyber bullying staff.

How is the a ripoff pertaining to you?? Sounds more like gossip so please take it somewhere else because if this person did not RIP you off then you can be subject to legal action because you are posting reports about someone you do not know.
