I responded to a post on Craigslist for Veterinary Receptionist (Columbus, Ohio) on 9/26/11.  The name on the responding email was Andrew Glintshaw. The same thing happened to me as other 3 reports!

I received an email from Mr. Glintshaw on 9/27/11 stating their HR manager would like to schedule an interview before she leaves on a vacation early next week and that I needed to complete a pre-interview screening before an interview could be scheduled.  Craigslist had indicated that they were notified that there were employment scams and to use caution when applying for any of their postings.

I was told to use a code and he linked me to their pre-screening website.  After filling out all the questionaire, it directed me to a credit report link. I went to email him back and it failed to deliver. 
He posted the same ad today on Columbus Craigslist.
