Royal Camera & Video Overpriced. Shipped after cancelation. Late delivered charged overnight Brooklyn New York

I bought a sony dsc-f717 from this company for $559.00. They said they had the product in stock but after 14 days they called saying that my credit card was not good. A lie from them only to buy more time.
After they called, my order was canceled. After one month I received the camera labeled next day delivery. Since they have a 1-800 only with a record saying to call a regular line, I called and spent almost one hour waiting for a customer service to say nothing could be done.

This is a total rip-off. The price charged on my credit card was $879.98.
I wish something could be done so nobody else would be sad and disatisfied buying a camera or nothing else from them. An expensive gift that was suppose to bring me joy, brought just headache.
