Royal Camera & Video, Inc. has shocking customer service practices! Bait and switch rip-off! Brooklyn New York

Attempting to make a purchase over the phone with 'Bill' from Royal Camera proved to be the most shocking and appalling experience I have had with any company ever! I was pressured, hassled, and told to "be a man" and that I was a "little girl", yelled at with "your mama" and other expletives. All because I wanted to cancel my order when I discovered that Royal Camera did not include a battery with the camera, and the additional cost would exceed my budget.

The were charging an additional $300.00 for the battery, which explains why there price was better that anyone else's. Bait and Switch I say. I was also offered a different model on checkout at a much higher price, being told that it was an upgrade. This upgrade is not even on Nikon's website. Fraud I say. It seems criminal to me the way I was treated. Take my advice and never buy from Royal Camera!
