Royal Star Benefits ripoff Champlain New York

Royal Star Called me in August of 2002 and promised me a credit card or debit card as they called it. They told me that they were part of Lending Tree and that they could help me. I believed them and let them take $249. out of my account (knowing that I really could not afford it). I finally got the packet in October of 2002. I called and was told that I had to fill out the forms and I would have my card before Christmas. I got no card and call them again in January 2003 and was told that they had alot of people to get cards out to and I would have mine by the middle of February 2003. It is now April and still no card. I think something should be done about people like them. I really want my money back too. After all that was money I could have used to help throough the rough parts of life.
