Well it appears I am part of a scam. On Oct 3,2002 I was contacted by a Royal Star Benefits rep and offered a credit card for only $249.00 I could have a credit card with 0% interest and a limit of 2,000. I have waited and waited and to my surprise I haven't recieved it and now the office is closed.

Well they sure scamed me because it has been longer than 60 days and my bank can no longer help me with getting the funds back. I have no idea who to turn to next to get my money back and I am hoping
by filing this report someone out there can help me.

I never thought I would fall into this kind of a scam and I hope others out there will read these reports first before they get scamed too!!
