Royal United Mortgage fraud Indianapolis Indiana

I was put with Royal united Mortgage on Dec 15 or 16, 2016, told me lies that I would get 1,600 at the closing.  Not that I should get my full escrow back which was 1,925.  on Dec 29, 2016, some guy named Mr. Beard from Royal United Mortgage made changes to my home owner policy, taking off my mortgage company and saying that the refinancing was approved and the paper work was signed, This was not true.  This is fraud.  I called my insurance company and ask why there was a change to my policy on that date. and that was what she told me.  I had an appraisal done and the guy was only here  only 8 mins inside and out, took I picture standing out side the rooms, did not got in or measure the rooms,  I did not hear him walking around my house, the dog across the street would have been barking, and it was raining out and the guy was dry.  I made a complaint with the better business bureau, that I want my appraisal fee of 455.00 back.  the week of jan 16th to 23 th, someone else would be taking his place because he was going out of town.  that was on jan 13,2017, he called to tell me.  I tried to call the guy and no call back, I email mailed some women and no word back.  I called  and emailed the guy that was taking care of the refinancing  on and, on jan 29,2017 I got a email, back that he would call on jan 30, 2017 1st thing in the morning.  never called.  I wanted to know why they changed my home owner policy in the first place.
