Here’s one for you if you’ve thought of playing with them. I was a good (very good) customer. I was making good money from their slots and then depositing good money. So good, in fact, they sent two of their employees to come and visit and chitchat, etc. I live in the country – far from any city they may be travelling to. Then, all of a sudden one morning, I woke up to find over $5,000.00 (yes, five thousand dollars) was taken from my account. I scrambled to get the money back in from other accounts. My bank thankfully returned the money as a loss. So I tried playing with Royal Vegas again only to be told that the money they received (yes, they got it – I have the documents) needed to be reimbursed. If you can do simple math, then you see that they are making an extra $5,000 off me. So I said take it off my winnings and they said that was ok. I recently deposited over $600 and played for perhaps 5 minutes as $100 at a time started disappearing from my deposit. I have a number of pretty, flowery emails now from them saying I “owe” them. Do not deposit or play with them. And Echeque was part of this as apparently I cannot deposit with them anymore but that was how the money was transferred without my permission. Not sure if Microgaming is part of the scam they are pulling but they should keep in mind that their employees who visited- I remember their names and faces quite vividly. And perhaps when they were fishing about what I did for a living before retiring and moving to the country – maybe I left out a lot of information. If anyone wants to ID them…
