RPM ripoff Bothell Washington

I have had several calls from RPM regarding a bill. Problem is every time I answer the other person hangs up. 8/1/06 I had two hang ups and today, 8/2/06 I had a total of FOUR telephone calls, all hang ups so I was at my wits end and contacted them after the third call. I have caller ID so this made it easy. The girl asked for my spouse and would give no information. I told her that I have received three calls, all hang ups, and she said she would note the file. Another call came in around 8:30p.m. and I called back and spoke with a Jeremy. I told him it is not legal in the State Of Florida to harass people just because they owe a debt. He asked if I did my homework before I called because of the FCCPA Law. I told him they are not allowed to call again.

I informed him I did contact Attorney General Charlie Crist, Consumer Protection, National Do Not Call Registry, and that I am contacting Morgan and Morgan which is a Law Firm who handles collection harrasment. I did hang up after that. I am now awaiting repsonse from Morgan and Morgan to see if I get more people involved if we can file a class action law suit or sue this company as individuals. I did give Morgan and Morgan this website information along with the website badbusinessbureau.com in which there are 747 complaints against Sprint/RPM.
