RPM ripoff harrassing phone calls Bothell Washington

My husband and I had an account with sprint we had the phones cut off ourselves we kept getting the bills they kept getting higher and higher every month even though we did not have the service on.

As of july 2006 rpm started calling my house at least 10 times a day. we would answer the phone but then they would hang up on us. when they did come through on the line they would tell us that they would only accept my checking or my credit card info. i told them that i do not give that type of info over the phone that i would start sending them money orders. they told me that they do not accept money orders. so i never sent them money. today 8-2-06 i got a call the fourth time i talked to lindsey at first she said that they would take the money order for payment and then the amount was not good enough for them. she told me that she was going to have my husbands check garnished. but that was the fourth time that they called. the first three times they hung up on us. as i was talking to her she told me that i was the one who was hanging up on them. we also told them that we were going to talk to a lawyer because they refused the payment by money order and they harrassed me by calling so many times in a day.
