We are appalled with the unscrupulous way your firm handled our case. We had won a small claims court judgement against our cliant for $2629.00 plus interest and court costs. Your firm contacted us, and because of my illness and my partner's work schedule we desided to allow your firm to collect our small claims judgement for an agreed upon 15%. Your firm then desided,without consulting us,to re-litigate this judgement,that we had already won,so you could then charge us a 50% fee instead of the agreed upon 15%!   shame on you...................
