This company contact me and offered to go after bad debt accounts collecting my money and putting their 18% fee on top.  Then they contacted my customer and settled for less than 1/2 what the customer owed me without discussing it with me first.  When I complained they said the contract allows them to settle without discussion for whatever amount they want.  They did not have the account 30 days before they agreed to settle for less than 1/2 what was due.

They are simply getting bad pay accounts and taking the money for themselves with the attitude well you weren't getting the money anyway.  I had a pending court case which I told them filed before they took the account and I could have had the judgement for the full amount if I had not been so foolish to let them handle some of my bad pay accounts.  Do not use these people they are rip off artists.
