Rumson Bolling & Associates RBA claimed they could quickly collect money owed to us and then took our money and ran Sherman Oaks, California

Rumson Bolling & Associates contacted me and asked me if I had any delinquent accounts or legal matters that they could help me with. It just so happened I had an incident that I needed legal assistance with so I thought I would let them try to collect the debt. They asked me about my case and told me that if I gave them $4875.00 for litigation feesthey guaranteed they could collect this debt quickly (my case was a slam dunk according to them)and without a doubt. I wrote them the check and after a month laterthey then called and said they needed $1275.62 for court fees because the case had already been presented to a judge and he was going to rule on the case but we needed to pay the additional court fees for them to go back in and further process the case. I paid the fees and that was the last time I heard from them other than calls I initiated to find out what the status of my case was. This bs was started in July 2009 and I have made frequent calls to them (and getting to talk to anyone there is like trying to find someone on the witness protection program) and each time they give me some bs about how this or that has been filed and in June of 2010 I spoke with them and they actually had the audacity to say to me that if I wanted to "expedite" the case (mind you it was a year old then)I would have to pay more money. They told me they were having problems serving the debtor. We're talking over a year later and they still hadn't served the debtor????? They have done nothing to earn their $6150.62 dollars and then they want to bleed some more out of me???? These people are huge con artists....Don't fall for it like I did. It is now 2011 and I haven't heard one word from them and obviously they still have not collected on my debt. HUGE RIP OFFS-BEWARE
