First and far most this company has the absolute worst NON-English speaking "customer service representatives" in the world. I have been a loyal customer since they started. I load money ALL the time and use the card ALL the time, but no matter when I call or what I call about I get a nasty unintelligent agent telling me what they CAN NOT do instead of trying to help me and actually doing something to solve the issue.

I did a Card to Card transfer for $50 and this company stole and transferred every single penny that I had in my account into the other cardholders account, and CHARGED me a fee for stealing my money. When I called to complain I got a nasty representative named Nefia who refused to transfer me to a supervisor, she kept over talking me I finally had to basically get nasty with her to get her to transfer me. She then puts me on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for a supervisor, who was of no help at all.

I am so sick of this company I am waiting for one more deposit to load and this card will be placed in the fire to burn. My suggestion is to NEVER use this company. I understand the concept but I'd rather dig a deep hole and bury my money if it means not dealing with companies that have nasty customer service representatives that can't understand me, I can't understand them and they are basically of no use at all.

I have been with RushCard for many years. Probably since they started. Recently they UP and decided to cut me off because they didn't like the way I was loading funds to my card using Green dot money pak. I tried to explain to them that peopel buy things from me online and one of the ways I suggest that they pay me is thru Green dot. Anyway, that wasn't the issue. I have a few thousabd dollars on my Rushcard and they have been telling me for THREE months that I will recieve my money in 7 to 10 business days. I have called repeatedly and they keep telling me the same thing. They are holding MY MONEY hostage and there doesn't seem to be anything that I can do about it. I am looking for a civil lawyer now because this has become a financial nusance to me. It has really put me in the hole by not having access to MY MONEY. Rush card sucks! If you get anywhere with your issue, please email me so I can do the same. jaynickdee@yahoo.com
