Rushcard Withholding my tax money , also missing 800 dollars besides not letting me have it Internet

I went to a tax place for the first time and did my taxes, they gave me a rushcard and said it would be deposited to that to amke things simpler. For the past three days now I have been on hold for 12 hours, they refuse to unblock my card or give me the money that is on it they also are missing 800 dollars which was supposed to be in the account as well. Its like they are holding my money hostage no matter what i do i must wait for hour increments to get ahold of these people to discuss my money that they have ransom, they have charged me hidden fees and i dont understand why they put a block on my card other than to hold my money ransom they want all my personal information now and i dont think its wise to give it to though though i have met every demand they still refuse to give me my money
