I was in a jam needing my 5 days expired passport updated. I found their website on my cell phone and processed information for them regarding my credit card. Then I found myself in a situation on the form to fill out where I could not answer all the questions because I didn't have it available. So I stopped processing the form and got out of the website.

Then I find that they charged my card anyway without any information transmitted about me or where I was or what I was to do about getting a passport.

I live in Columbus Georgia and was to travel to Belgium from the Atlanta airport.
