Rx Financial Ripoff fraud I asked them not to take 219.00 from my account and they did any way St. George Utah

A man called me one morning stating that i could receive a credit card up to five thousand dollars. He had me to say all my information over the phone on a recording. i told him that i did not have 219.00 and he stated that i could call back when ever i got the money but we had to complete the recording promts in order to get a verification number. i asked him over and over was he sure that they would not take money out of my account and he said only when you call back with the verif. # well it came out of my account any way with checks bouncing when i called them i spoke to trina which i know that wasn't her real name and she was a smart a*s!

they told me that i bought the package and that there was no refund when i came back from out of town the package was at my door step and when i opened it i found out i had three days to return but two had gone by already i tried the package that cost 219.00 and i have not received a credit card i have had three turn downs and the other cards you have to spend at least 150.00 more to get a card when i call the corporate office they kept transferring me to rx financial later 60.00 more came out of my account from a company called protell, a long distance co that is affiliated with rx financial they told me that once i gave rx fin my info i also agreed to their terms.

my bank reversed their transaction but was unable to get my money back from rx fin protell let me hear the recorded message and i never heard myself asking the questions that i had asked while doing the recording some of the conversation was cut out and they deny it completely it sounds like i gave them complete authorization when i asked them to not take out the money until i was able to pay it.
