I received a call late, one day toward the end of Nov. or the 1st week of Dec., 2004, from a oriental speaking male, who insisted that he could guarantee me an unsecured loan of $5000.00 for a cost of $219.00, if I would give him an affirmative yes for my bank routing number and bank account number.

As this man continued to apply salesmanship on value to me, I ask him a lot of questions, so as to calm my supicions of an attempt to rip-off my bank acct. He said yes once I gave him the right to debit draft my bank acct. I would receive a packet of options in lenders, while discribing the simplicity of the lending process and stating that, "you have to get the package first and choose the lender, answer the package through web and if you have probems, call the customer service number on the choice of lenders, we will secure the loan" he said.

They also offered a gift certificate with the approval, for on-line shopping of $250.00.

Well, I said "o.k." finally, and gave this man, over the telephone my banking information. The date given to draft the money was indeed for the first week in Dec. 2005, and Rx Financial acted on my Bank and Bank Account.

About a week later I received a book through the U.S. mail, which I have in my possesion called "Rx Financial First Aid Kit." I was only humiliated in what it offered me, as it more than anything discussed the ethical solutions to budgeting and planning, things I didn't need, agree to, or want from Rxfinancial. I also found that the package was being supported mirely by the language descriptions in loan marketing, of which, on-line applications had to be made direct to such lenders, as Citibank, etc.

An individual account of Rx Financial was not lending qualification. I tried to Call Rx Financial toward Chirstmas 2004. I tried to question what was going on through the web address, I talked to the banking staff at Fidelity on a draft reversal just into January 2005, but the draft was beyond some 60 day grace period for a reversing action by Fidelity bank. I know that they were fraudulent organization and know that that money is traceable by bank actions, and do believe that those who trusted Rx Financial should gain justice.
