I own a healthcare finance comapany called Rx Financial Corp. in Tampa, FL. We only finance commercial transactions for Doctors, Dentists, and Vets. I own the trademark "Rx Financial" and have since 2003.

The company Geotec illegally used our name, stole money from naive people, and it has hurt our business tremendously. Many doctors see the ripoff report and think it is us. My name is listed as a possible affiliate.

I am not affiliated in any way with these scam artists. We finance only healthcare offices. We don't do any consumer financing least of all credit cards.

I have attempted to help the hundreds of people that called my office thinking we were these folks. I put them in touch with the Utah Attorney General to to try to get these people shut down.

The reality of this is that our company has lost more money than any of the people who wrote you because they illegally used our name. I wish you would print this information so we stop getting erroneously confused with these theives because they illegally stole our name usage.
