I purchased a Ryan home townhouse in 2006. The house is built terribly - I can hear the person next door talking, going to the bathroom even cooking. It is a a totally rip off and built with the cheapest materials they could find on the earth. They are rude including the sales rep who sold the house and will never listen to the customers. Once you sign the dotted line you are in - ripped off, robbed in the broad daylight. I'm very suprised nobody has filed a lawsuit against them - don't be fooled by the way their houses look - ask around before you sign on the dotted line - but I urge you do not buy any home built by Rayn Homes - you will regret for the rest of your life.
