Ordered a product, never received email confirmation or order number. Wanted to cancel. Tried to contact; no answer. 8 phone calls and probably 6 emails to different email addresses listed. No answer. Filed a dispute with PayPal. NO ANSWER UNTIL I THREATENED TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK. Now they are saying that the product is already shipped and i cannot cancel. $116.00 DOWN THE DRAIN. I let them know well in advance that I wanted the order cancelled, they continued to ship the product out and now I will probably have to pay for return shipping. BULLS***! They continue to make excuses for why they would not answer my emails. (Couldn't find my order, they were closed for thanksgiving through dec.1st--I emailed them for the first time on the 2nd) I AM SO DISSATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I AM RECEIVING. NO MORE MR. NICE GUY. I am getting my money back. Messed with the wrong girl. >:(

You ordered the sex swing over the weekend. Our phones and Customer serivce is closed on Weekends.
The ordered was processed and shipped out on Monday morning and the order was delivered on Wed. Once an item is shipped there is nothing we can do as far as canceling the order.
We did sent you a RMA to return the swing.. you have not returned the swing back to us as of yet.
Dont order something online if you don't want the product. You paid to have the product shipped out faster and that is what we did.
The return postage and the processing fee are standard for us to distroy the products. WE distroy the returns and do not resell them like may other companies.
