Order my item on Friday Feb. 6 2015. Got an email right away saying as soon as it ship's I will receive another email with my tracking number. On the site it says will receive in 5-7 business days. I still have not received the email saying it was shipped. I have called 8 times. Left 3 messages on the roll free number and left 2 messages with the owner Alma. I have also sent 10 emails which 6 of them got returned with a error message saying mailbox is full. I have tried everything to get in contact with someone. Next I am contacting my bank to get my 48.00 back! Don't use any of their sites they are scam artist!!! To whom it may concern. S&A Sales did closed its doors as of March 2015. You will need to take up any issues with your credit card company, as we are not legally responsible for any transactions from March 2015 and prior.
Since then a new company has taken over the domain name only and does not have access to the old records from March 2015 and before.
There have been no complaints since the new company took over the website name only as of April 2015.

I have received my package. But the point is your company really needs to improve on customer service! Shouldnt have to wait over a week for you to answer a simple question.
