I started getting calls from this company a year ago saying they were not recieving payment. I figured it was a scam, so I did not answer at first until I saw this on my credit report! I have only owned two cars, one that was bought from an owner and the other was paid for in full off the lot of a company that does not do business with these people. I told them I had never purchased a car from them and asked for them to repossess the car since this was clearly indentity theft. They told me I would have to have possession of the car first, and that I would be responsible to pay the amount still owed. How would I be able to gain possession of the car when I never owned it? Anyway now I have received a notice from my job saying they are going to garnish my wages for this for 6 months! It say post-judgement, I never even received notice of hearing to dispute it! I hope this company gets put out of business. They threat their customers poorly and rip off people whom wouldn't do busy with them in the first place.
