Saber Acceptance Illegal Reposession Tulsa Oklahoma

I purchased a vehicle with Regal Car Sales out of Tulsa Ok.  I have had my car for almost 3 months.  I had a "supervisor" named "Brandi" call me on a Thursday and set up an arrangement, I had fallen behind due to husband being on workers comp and having surgery, I stated I could make a payment that day and again the following friday.  She stated, no you have had good communication with our company and I will let you start making your payments again next friday.  So, on Friday night, I got home from my sons baseball game to them repossessing my vehicle.  The driver stated he needed my key and I told him no because this was a mistake.  He allowed my to remove all my belongings, and he drug my car, rear wheel drive, backwards and up onto his tow truck.  I called Saber Acceptance on  Monday morning and spoke with my supposed account representative Marsha who told me the repo department would call me back that afternoon or first thine Tuesday morning.  Tuesday afternoon I called back and got Marsha again, and she stated she told me it would be Tuesday late afternoon or first thing Wednesday morning.  I asked to speak with a manager, where I stayed on hold for almost 30 minutes and then the call was disconnected.  I called back and asked to speak with Brandi, and was told there was no Brandi that worked there or that had ever worked there and there was no record of me speaking with anyone at Saber on that Thursday,  I was then told by Marsha that the repo department would contact me, that she would not connect me.  I called back on a different number and got the operator, and she transferred me to the repo department, where I spoke with a woman who put me on hold for several minutes and came back to say that management had decided not to let me get my car back because I had threatened the repo driver and refused to give my key to him.  End of story.  Now noone will speak to me or my husband, also on the account. All we get is forever hold to only get hung up on.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
