Safe Cart.com They charged me $39.90 twice back in june. received a call from a collection agency sept.22 that we owe 79.80 to safe cart. we never bought anything from this company. we tried to contact this company and a women who answered the phone there refused to give us her name, the companies address, the only thing she would do was say she is the only person who works there, there is no supervisor Internet. Called The Company And The Woman Refused To Give Us Her Name Or The Address Of The Company Internet

on june 23rd. a company called safe cart charged my credit card 39.90 twice. the charges were exactly one minute apart. on sept. 22 a collection agency called me and told me we owe a company called safe cart 79.80. i explained to the collection agency i do not owe any company i never bought anything from safe cart. i told them i never even heard of them. the collection agency gave me their phone number. my husband called them and spoke with a man and explained what happened and he told my husband no problem, they would take the charges off, send him an email confirming this within 2 days. we never received the email so we called this company on sept. 24 and some woman answered. my husband explained what was going on and we never got the email. this woman went on to tell my husband that the customer policy is 60 day return or you don't get your money back. my husband said we never bought anything from them and asked to speak with her supervisor. she said she is the supervisor and that she is the only person who works there. then she hung up on my husband. i called her back and ask for her supervisor she said the same thing to me. i then asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. i asked for the address of the company and she refused that and hung up on me. we tried to call back again, but our phone number was blocked and we couldn't get through, so we called on our cell phone and she hung up on us again and blocked our cell phone number.
my husband googled this company and the only thing that came up was complaints exactly like ours that people didn't buy anything, but there credit cards were charged. my husband is a sick 9/11 first responder and we live on a very fixed income (which we also tried to explain to Mrs. Safe Cart) and we can not afford this or need this aggrevation. This company is some sort of fraud. we need help and i want this company closed down (or this woman who is running this Safe Cart)
