I had a bank account that was closed April 2, 2014, for which I did not open another, with the bank.  On June 18, 2014, SafeCart, sent an email to me stating they had refunded a $250.00 and $150.00 payment, into the closed account.  

On 3/31/15, I have spoken with Tamera, a SafeCart, rep, who has tried to convince me, they had sent the money and how it is the bank, who has not returned, the funds back to them.  SafeCart has also stated they have put through their bank, a trace on the funds, still saying it is showing that no funds have been returned, from my bank.  

As of today, I have yet to receive the refund of the $400.00, expected. 

This company is also affiliated and/or does business with Advanced Tech Support.  Do an online search for this company, to see they have been contacted recently by the Federal Trades Commission.  

One should be leary of this fraudulent company!!!!

Anyone with a complaint, should also file one with the FEDERAL TRADES COMMISSION, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE OF YOUR STATE and THE INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER (IC3).
