 My computer locked up on me. A warning came up, and gave me a number to call to correct this. I called and the tech support employee told me that he could get into my computer and fix the problem over the phone. When he got into my computer, he told me that i needed to take it into a repair shop to be fixed, and it would have to be done in Detroit area. I told him that i couldn't go to Detroit, and he told me for 299.00 dollars he could fix it, and give me a lifetime security program for my computer. I told him that i couldn't afford that so he offerred a senior discount of $249.00. I told him i would take it, and he asked for my debit card number. I gave it to him, and he immediately took $249.00 from my account. He told me to leave my computer on for about 6 hours and he would take care of all my problems, and get me going again. Now i can't run my computer because the keyboard is not working properly. It doesn't type the letters right.
