safecart Lousey product. Deceptive business practices Internet

 I bought PC Health in 2011. My computer was slow and other software had failed to correct the problem. All this software did was repeatedly tell me I had thousands of errors even after the software stated my errors were fixed. I stopped using the product. A year later they charged my credit card stating I had signed up for auto renewal. I tried to straighten this out and after being told I would get a refund I never did. This year they charged my card again after I thought I had canceled my purchase two years earlier. When I try to acess my account they claim not to have a record of my purchase. I tried to call several times only to be left on hold for hours due to high call volume. My bank called for me and Cindy their rep told them she canceled my account and my 29.97 refund would come in 3/5 business days. It's now 10 days and no refund. I called again today and was told by Dolly, Cindy never filed a report. After being put on hold, I was told my money would be back in my account today. Still no money. Dishonest company,bad product, lying reps and auto renewal of a product not used. They scam you into buying a crappy product and then rip you off with their auto renewal scam. You don't hear from them until they take your money. It doesn't take 10 business days to refund money. Lets stop them now. Tell everyone to boycott this product and drive them out of business.
