Safetouch Security Hardward is substandard and failed to provide on-site repairs in a timely manner Jacksonville Florida

I contracted with Safetouch security based primarly on the promise of the salesman that a tech was always available within 24 hours if the system went down or was not working properly.  They installed cheap garbage sensors that would fall off the wall or the window or did not function properly.  Within the first few months, I had to make several calls for service and repair.  Each time, it was like pulling teeth to get someone to come out to repair the system.  Each time, they told me that it would take a week to 10 days as they only had a tech in my area once a week, so each time, my home and home office went unsecured for a rediculous amount of time.  Might as well not had a security system at all.  This is when I found out they don't have any of their own techs; the sub it all out.  Finally, after the last incident when they told me it would be two weeks before they could get a tech out, I cancelled and switched to ADT.  A year later, I am still fighting to have them stop billing my credit card for monthly service amounts and I never got any portion of my payment back.  These guys are a huge ripoff and the salesperson is a bold-faced liar.  They have no committment to customer service and when I called, they said they never received my letter cancelling my service.  This is also a lie and I have emails and letters to prove it.  Stay awaay from these folks as all they sell is snake oil.  I have made a point to let everyone in my neighborhood know not to do business with them.
