This was a recommended online pharmacy which used to be very good and used by other people I know. Now it is worthless.
My order was approved April 18, 2006. I have not recieved a package or an email saying it's on the way. Today is May 11, 2006 and still no response to four email comments/questions all with no response to the company.
I have called numerous times only to be on hold for 10 minutes and then it just hangs up. I can get no response from this company. I have run out of options besides having my credit card company dispute the charges. All I want is for my prescription to be sent.

After reading several complaints on this website I was able to obtain an email address where I actually received a response it is: cs.safetrustprocessing@intwebgroup.com Granted I sent the email about 10 times and finally got a response. I had asked them to cancel my order due to the fact they were taking so long. I got an email back saying my refund would be back on my credit card in 8 days so we will see. Definetly use the enclosed email address it was the ONLY way to get a human response. I will let you all know if the refund comes through.
