SageStream, LLC Inaccurate Credit Rating San Diego California

Applied for an auto loan and due to a recent name and address change had a hold placed on an account (on Equifax). This was changed once I reported the name change, but SageStream LLC gave me a low score on having limited history at my address, my total account balances, limited history at my (new) phone number, and the number of inquiries about my credit score (I was applying for a loan, so they were all pulled by the auto dealers' finance dept). I have never missed a credit card payment and I pay every balance in full. Obviously, my credit score at all three well-known credit bureaus ranges from 700-800. My SageStream LLC score was 538. 

A quick internet search showed that I was not the only person who encountered this when applying for a car loan. We should not be punished for simply changing names and addresses while having had perfectly good credit scores for decades!
