There is already a lengthy chain of reports on this going back to 2002. I got a letter in the mail that contained so many pieces of paper with so much nonsense on them, but the basic jist is "send us money and you'll get good fortune in life." In my particular package was a "prayer mat" - basically a large piece of paper with Jesus on it - that I am supposed to sit on my lap or kneel on in order to get good fortune. Then they want you to mail it back with a checklist of things you want (mostly money.)

On that checklist is also a chance to check off that you want to donate "seed money" to the cause, with a slot for how much you want to send.

So basically they never explicitly ask for money but it is heavily implied that sending money will boost your chances of success in getting what you want.

saint matthew's churches I really thought this was a real church, until I search for it on the internet and what i found out really made me sick to my stomach. i have been sending money and asking them to pray for my family because my daughter was diagnosed with cancer almost 2 years ago, i been doing what they ask me to do in the letter, but i really been going through a lot with my family and asking them to pray for us and this really hurt me... tulsa Oklahoma
