I am annoyed with the sale guru about a supposed Tyne hair curlier which i had ordered on 21/09/2017

They also took my money from my credit card

I have tried several times to email them on their support email but the emails come back

I have also tried to look for them on the internet with no success

I am hoping to get my money back or even get a Tyne hair curlier
