I foolishly fell for the "too good to be true" deal and paid for the staightner/curling iron. I wondered what had happened to my product in October and emailed them about the issue. They then said that it was stuck in customs and would be delivered shortly. I have since sent another email that came back undeliverable because their inbox was full. I then came across this website and see all the ones saying to not buy said product. I know better now. Is there a way to get my money back or am I out because of my stupidity? If I can get it back, what needs to be done? I am sorry for those who fell for it too. It is maddening that people take advantage of others. Thanks for any help. Sincerely, Leighsahjl
