Santander Bank advertised its extra 20 checking to gain new accounts and deposits.  If on opened an account, arranged for monthly direct deposit and paid 2 bills on-line monthly, then Santander offered to pay $20 per month forever.  I performed.  They did not.  I have phoned and emailed the bank repeatedly.

No catch

Get $10 when you have $1,500 or more direct deposited into your extra20 checking account each monthly service fee period.1

No kidding

Get another $10 when you schedule two or more bills to be paid during the same monthly service fee period through the Online Banking BillPay tab.

Yes $20

There's no cap on how long you can collect your $20 as long as the product is offered. The money goes directly into your extra20 savings account.1

Did you meet ALL the terms of the offer?  Also, it says nothing about "forever" on the offer..see above.  What reason does Santander give for NOT "honoring" the agreement?  You did ask, right?  If they are blatantly failing to pay per their terms report them to your states banking commissioner.
