Santander Consumer USA Inc. Vehicale was TOTALLED, but was told that they would reposess the vehicle from the body shope regardless of damage; MONTHS later FOUND OUT.... Fort Worth Texas

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are an organized scaming company. That specializes in doing "under the table." And later informing you that there is nothing that you can do about it. I have had a car loan with them financed for five years and throught this time they number one, charge $10.oo for making online or automated payments!! They number 2, continuously add ridiculous fees and charges and your payoff amount constantly changes. The so-called professional customer reps they have working for them are nothing but that.

They all appear to be street-like, ignorant, non-professional and not knowledgeable of what they are saying. I total loss my vehicle to fire damage, well when i contacted SANTANDER they told me that the vehicle was behind on payments(which it was because of repairs and changes in life as we all have) and that they would be reposessing it from the body shop where it was towed to after the fire.

Months later after never recieving any paperwork, i was told by an ignorant and non-knowledgeable cust rep that the vehicle was NEVER picked up because the fees were too much and that the vehicle was given to the body shop!! And it would be labeled as ABANDONMENT!! Mind you I was NEVER notified by them that this was going on. Last I spoke with them, they informed me that they would contact the body shop and pick the car up regardless, thinking that maybe they could still auction it even for parts.

Prior to this incident SANTANDER HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. They are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. No matter how bad you need a car loan DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. The fees, horrible customer service and everything else with their name on it is AWFUL! Im sure these people work for satan! STAY AWAY. If that doesnt keep you away, how about the fact that they are not registered with the BBB!!!! DEAD GIVEAWAY! AWFUL!
