 Reciebed a letter dated October 15th on November 3rd stating they are representing LTS due to a past due amount of $1450.  And, they were preceeding with pre-litigation action.  I contacted and filed a report on LTS and the BBB says they are out of business.  I have never had a pay day loan with these people. 

 

And, based on the numerous complaints these people are a scam.  I will be filing a report with the federal trade commision and the atty general.  I have been through this scam before.  It's a nightmare!!
