I received a letter on 11/4/2015 and was dated 10/15/2015 stating that I owe $1450. It also stated that my case # 734658 is in their civil litigation and that my account is seriously pass due. Several attempts have been made to contact me but I ignored them. I need to contact them in 30 days or there will be legal actions brought against me. I can also set up payment plan to pay my debt off and avoid any legal actions against me. I never heard of these people or this company. This is my first letter of contact from these people. I never had an account with LTS. Management I don't know how or when they got my information to send this letter to me Patrice Shepherd Texas

This is the upteenth report I have read and always the same amount. File a complaint with the AG and Secretary of State here in Texas. They monitor third party debt collectors - I know because I sued one for threatening legal action with no proof.
