 So I received a letter of pre litigation if I do not pay the $1450 they are claiming I owe. The original credit is LTS management. They are a payday loan company. I have never taken out a payday loan. Ever! I first did some research on the original debtor. Uh yea, they were shut down by the fed in 2013 for fraud. Looks like SAR & Associates might be next in line. Do not call them and give them any info. This is a punk way to try and scare a person to get them to give out their banking info and social.
