Saving Smart ripoff they're getting a dollar a month from millions and you can't contact them to have it fixed Des Plaines Illinois

This is a complete fraud. I realized that for three months they had been leeching $1 out of my and my wife's accounts. When you call their toll free number, the only options are to cancel the account and look up your member number (which you need to cancel the account).

There is no option to talk to a person, you cannot send email from their website (miraculously every time I tried to send one, it said there was an error and I had to call!). They "accidentally" wrote the wrong ZIP code on the website... anybody who knows anything knows that 06617 would be in Maine or New Hampshire or something. It's actually 60017 in case you want it. And surprise! There's no physical address either, it's a P.O. Box.

You can only call to cancel your membership, you can't talk to somebody to get your money back. If anybody knows how to deal with these sad leeches please let me know because this is just despicable.

Somebody else posted a fraud report about this company because they're all the same company as Privacy Matters 123, Shopper's Discount and Shopping Essentials. You'll have this problem if you ever requested a free copy of your credit report. You'll be fake-charged by this company under every one of those names before it's all over.
